HeartStraws Return Policy

If any of your HeartStraws products are damaged during shipping, please contact us with a photo of the damage, including the shipping box if possible. We will be happy to replace a product that is damaged during shipping with an identical product.

If you are unsatisfied with your order, please email info@heartstraws.earth with details. Customer is responsible for cost of shipping return items unless it is determined that HeartStraws is responsible for shipping of incorrect product. Products must be returned within 7 days of initial delivery to customer. Once product is returned, a refund for the product will be issued. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless it is determined that HeartStraws is responsible for shipping of incorrect product.

HeartStraws is not responsible for damage or breakage of HeartStraws reusable glass straws while in use or if dropped. It’s glass, treat it kindly.
